At Decorete, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both our customers and our business are protected.
Refund Policy
Refunds are made under two cases only. We have established these specific conditions to ensure fair and consistent refund processing for all our customers.
Defective Items: In case purchased item has a defect not caused by an accident or misuse, and it cannot be replaced for any reason.
Cancelled Orders: In case order was cancelled before being in transit to the destination, and the order was paid for using credit/debit cards, except for pre ordered products (manufactured based on client request).

When Can Orders Be Cancelled?
Orders can be cancelled only when they are not in transit or shipped to the country of destination.
Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled if they haven't started processing yet
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled if they haven't been shipped yet
After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit
