I created the account using my work address and am concerned that at some point I will not have acesss to this account. I tried changing it through the profile and my personal email address is in the system but will not allow me to log in.

When I use the reset password, the email not found alert appears. Totally frustrating! This might be a probem – not sure if updating it all over does take time, or if there is an issue. I did that – “This email already exists” – still, the system does not allow me to log in with the changed email. I am thinking Netgear should assist you Can you please send me a direct message with the details of your existing email address and your preferred email address so I can investigate this further?
